GRO-MAX ™
Uses: potting soil, bedding soil, lawn top dressing, incorporated to improve existing soils.
Gro-max is a premium garden soil professionally blended from compost, aged bark fines, peat, sand and mushroom compost. It is an ideal potting soil, bedding soil and top dressing. It has been formulated for maximum root growth and is balanced for pH, water holding capacity and air porosity. This makes it a great soil amendment for existing beds, or to top dress and/or re-seed an existing lawn.
GARDEN MIX
Uses: new beds, new garden soil, incorporate to improve existing soils.
Garden mix is a blend of black earth, compost and premium topsoil. The black earth provides organic matter, compost adds nutrients and the topsoil provides the density and fertility required for a balanced soil.
TRIPLE MIX
Uses: incorporate to improve existing soils to improve fertility and tilth.
Triple mix is a blend of black earth, compost and sand. The black earth provides organic matter, compost adds nutrients and the sand will help break up and loosen heavily compacted clay soils improving drainage and aeration when incorporated into existing soils.
LAWN MIX
This is a 50:50 blend of black earth and premium topsoil. The topsoil has the fertility and density required for establishing a new lawn or for spot re-seeding. The black earth being high in organic matter lightens the soil and helps retain moisture to ensure maximum germination.
MUSHROOM COMPOST
Uses: incorporate with existing soils to improve fertility, tilth and moisture retention.
This is high organic matter compost derived from ingredients such as composted hay and straw, corn cobs, peat moss, stable bedding, soybean meal and gypsum. Mushroom Compost is an excellent soil conditioner.
COMPOST
Uses: incorporate with existing soils to improve fertility, tilth and moisture retention.
This is high organic matter compost derived from leaf and yard waste. Compost works very well incorporated into existing soils to loosen, add fertility and moisture holding capacity.
BLACK EARTH
Uses: incorporate with existing soils to add organic matter and moisture retention capacity.
Black earth consists of a humus peat soil very high in
organic matter (85-90%) and works well mixed with existing soils
or as a top dressing for overseeding into an existing lawn.
PREMIUM #1 TOPSOIL
Premium topsoil is a loose, fertile, loamy topsoil that makes a good seed bed for a new lawn, for levelling an existing lawn, or for areas that need to be built up to depth greater than 2".
